Due to the nature of our fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied, feel free to share it with someone who may enjoy it while we review your refund request.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, visit our Home Page, scroll to the bottom, and select Return/Refund. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Each request is reviewed individually.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product(s), and photos of the shipping package.

Non-Returnable Items
