Refund Policy

At Zakat Fragrances, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you do not return the product. Instead, feel free to share it with someone who may enjoy it while we review your refund request.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, visit our Home Page, scroll to the bottom, and select Return/Refund to begin your request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure the best possible resolution for our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package

We'll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wax Melts
  • Nail Polish
  • Sample Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or Clearance Items
  • Any opened or used fragrance or personal care product

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on the circumstances:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
