Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • package weight

  • selected shipping method

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Zakat Fragrances is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact your local post office/carrier and check with household members or neighbors.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY – ZAKAT FRAGRANCEs

All international orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time:
10–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

Zakat Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zakat Fragrances is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Zakat Fragrances is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
